History
Founded in 2004, KM2 Solutions has built our business around core the principles of providing quality, US standard call center services in the Caribbean.
KM2 is a pioneer of Near Shore call center operations with over 10 years of call center management experience in the Caribbean. Our executive management team has built, managed and led some of the largest Account Receivable firms in the United States.
KM2 has grown steadily to its current size of 350 agents. Our growth projections will take this number to 600 agents by the end of 2007 and 1,200 agents by the end of 2008.
KM2 has developed a strong partnership with the governments on the islands of St. Lucia and Barbados. This partnership has helped St. Lucia and Barbados invest in schools, transportation and other infrastructure development. KM2 has benefited through access to a highly educated, motivated workforce and government sponsored programs designed to reduce cost and encourage long term business development.
